We know that picking a photographer and getting ready for your session can feel a little overwhelming. You probably have a lot of questions running through your mind, right? Don’t worry, We have you covered! Below, we've answered some of the questions we hear most often to help make everything a bit easier and stress-free.

FAMILY PORTRAITS

After your session is finished, you will be able to review your images at our studio or via an online share session about 10 days after your session. We will be able to show you all of your images and help you in narrowing down your selections. From there, we can figure out a custom design for a wall in your home.

We will advise you in creating a look for your family that will compliment where you want to display the finished portraits in your home.

Our specialty is outdoor portraiture, and we know locations throughout Northern California and beyond. We will work with you in finding the perfect location for your family photos.

SENIOR PORTRAITS

After your photo session, you will receive an online photo gallery to review your photos. You will have access to your site for 30 days to compile your portrait order.

We usually see up to 4 outfits for our senior sessions – one casual, one formal, a hobby outfit, and an outfit that reflects where you are going next (i.e., college shirt, military shirt, etc.). Our best recommendation is to bring outfits that look like you on your best day. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Outdoor photography is our specialty. The foothills have virtually limitless photo opportunities for us to explore for your senior portrait session. We are known for capturing natural light against an organic backdrop, creating vibrant, timeless portraits. Many of our seniors already have outdoor locations in mind and we’re happy to customize your session to your location (and you, of course!).

SCHOOL PORTRAITS

No prepaying

No envelopes

  1. Your school will not distribute and collect photo envelopes. You will not be responsible for collecting money and distributing photos for our business. All orders are placed online and shipped direct to families.

Our photographers are professionals that work in the photography industry full-time.

We offer many complimentary services for our schools, including:

  1. ID cards
  2. Data CDs formatted to your system
  3. Volunteer stickers/badges
  4. Directory stickers
  5. Directory books
  6. Teacher photo packages and discounts
  7. vii.Fundraising and so much more!

For elementary schools:

  1. 20 minutes per kindergarten class
  2. 15 minutes per class for 1st-5th grade classes

For middle school and high schools:

  1. 15-20 minutes per class for each PE or English class

On photo day, teachers will bring their classes out during their designated time slot, which is according to a schedule we will build with your school. Classes start with group photos, and then students are split into smaller groups to move over to the individual photo stations.

Classes should be lined up shortest to tallest in preparation for class photos. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you – and our photographers – aren’t rushed with trying to organize students.

No. Families do not have to pay until they purchase photos via our website.

We prefer taking photos outside with a natural background and natural lighting. We recommend using a garden, a playground, or setting up in a classroom or gym with a faux background.

We will send parents a link to register for retake day shortly after their photos become available online. If families would like to let us know their preferences for photos, there is a spot for families to elaborate on this registration form. If families have concerns, they are welcome to contact us directly by emailing help@iclickstudios.com or submitting a customer service ticket on our website.

Photos will be available online 7-10 days after photos day.

Yes, teachers will receive an additional discount upon checkout. Please contact iClickStudios or your school’s contact for your discount code. Teachers’ discount codes do not expire, even after the 3-week discounted pricing period expires.
